Michael is an award-winning mortgage broker and professional property investor. Together with his wife, they share a portfolio of over 100 properties across Australia.

From purchasing his first property at age 21, and with some ups and downs along the way, Michael accumulated a property portfolio of 14 properties by age 30. It was then he was able to quit his corporate job in market research to pursue his interest in property. More specifically, his interest in helping other investors generate passive income and achieve financial freedom through property investing. In 2015, Mortgage Channel was born.

Since then, Michael has helped many Australians achieve their property goals – from those looking to purchase their first home, their ultimate dream home and right through to building large property portfolios. Highly regarded in the industry and beyond, Michael is a mentor to other successful Mortgage Brokers including Taku Ekanaye (Kin Financial), Jack Chen (Makers Financial), David Shih (Lend Power), Ko Ko Naing (Faith Finance), Jyh Kao (JD Capital) and can often be found sharing his expertise on Property Chat.

Michael is Dad to Zoe & Logan, and in his downtime he enjoys spending time with his family, playing touch footy and tinkering with his marine aquarium.
